After Dina Lohan’s disastrous interview with Dr. Phil, don’t expect a repeat performance anytime soon. As family members scramble to show their support for Dina, others are saying they will never speak with the doctor ever again.
“I have an incredible mother,” daughter Ali Lohan tweeted. “My siblings and I witnessed what my father did to her in the past. We stand by her, all that matters.”
New reports say Dina is looking to sit down on the show again to clear her name, but Dina has denied that she plans to return to Dr. Phil. Dina didn’t rule out another sit-down television interview in the near future, but insisted “not with him!” with regards to another meeting with Dr. Phil.
The interview, which aired last week, was meant to provide Dina with the opportunity to tell her side of the story. Instead it raised more questions than it answered and included an accusation from her ex, Michael Lohan, that Dina had been drinking before the cameras were on.
“The truth will come out in the end,” a friend of the Lohans tells me. “But one thing is for sure, they no longer have any trust left in Dr. Phil.”
The show didn’t return requests for comment or respond to the accusation that they paid Dina $50,000 to appear on the show.
FAULT: With all the media pressure out there, how do you keep yourself grounded?
Aliana: I stay positive and I don’t listen or read any negative comments. Family is also very important for support.
FAULT: Who is your fashion icon?
Aliana: Audrey Hepburn because her style is timeless, classic and you can’t go wrong with a little black dress.
FAULT: Your sister Lindsay has her own clothing label, do you have any plans yourself to one day launch your own line?
Aliana: I am focusing on my modeling career right now; who knows what the future holds.
FAULT: Who would you like to work with and why?
Aliana: Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, I love their photography for high fashion. I also love Mario Testino because he shows true natural beauty. Terry Richardson because he captures amazing moments. I have so many more but it would take a whole second interview to list them all.

In September, a photo of Aliana Lohan with a brand-new look sparked rampant speculation the 17-year-old model had gone under the knife.
Not so, says Lindsay Lohan’s younger sister, who adamantly denies she underwent any nip-tucks.
“I was cracking up. Because, like, when would I do that? I’m 17 years old,” Ali tells New York Post’s Page Six Magazine in its December issue. “That’s not legal! I would need my mother’s signature, and do you think my mom would ever sign off on that? No!”
Calling plastic surgery “not the right thing to do,” the aspiring model shoots down rumors about her.
“It’s stupid,” she says. “I don’t listen to it. It’s absolutely not true.” (At the time, her rep refuted plastic surgery claims, telling PEOPLE that Ali was just undergoing a “growth spurt.”)
Ali, who is signed with Next Model Management, did admit to one thing: that she’s sometimes offered drugs. But she says her famous big sister has been a positive role model for her.
“I just say no,” she said. “I’m lucky enough that I had my sister to learn from. I’ve seen people do it to her, so I’ve learned to be like, ‘That’s stupid, no.’ That’s why me and Lindsay are also so close, because we’re able to talk about those things together.”
PHOTO SHOOTS > Set 5
Unlike her sister, whose latest photo shoot was with the L.A. County Jail, budding model Ali Lohan is giving good face on the Winter 2011 cover of Fault magazine.
The 17-year-old signed a multi-year modeling contract with NEXT Model Management in August, and aside from modeling for Lindsay’s 6126 spring/summer 2011 collection, the art and fashion magazine cover is Ali’s first big booking.
In the photo spread, Lindsay’s lil’ sis sports a series of high fashion looks, including a a leather bustier dress and a chunky fur sweater — which she wears without pants. Ali also wears a dramatic black bob wig and thick eyebrows in the edgy pictorial.
Ali came under fire in September when it was believed she underwent plastic surgery; her rep was quick to dismiss the rumors.
“Aliana has never had any type of plastic surgery in her life, nor has she ever considered it,” her rep told Us Weekly. “Her success as a model lies with her natural looks and she has no interest in changing that.”
Ali Lohan managed to steal the spotlight from her older sister Lindsay this week — without saying a word.
In a photo taken Tuesday, the 17-year-old model emerged in Beverly Hills looking drastically different: with fuller lips and a much more angular face.
So what happened to Lindsay’s kid sis?
“Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery,” Alexis Borges, the agency director at Next Model Management, which represents Ali, told E! News.
“As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape.”
Lindsay Lohan also weighed in on the speculation, telling E! her sibling “has never” had surgery.
Still, not everyone is convinced.
Prominent NYC plastic surgeon Dr. Jon Turk, who has not consulted or worked with Lohan, told Us Weekly about what the teen might have had done.
“The most striking changes are the nose and chin,” Turk said of the shocking pic. “It appears that she has had a rhinoplasty and chin implant, giving her a narrower and more defined nose as well as a stronger jawline.”
Turk added: “There is also evidence of cheek augmentation, either with implants or fillers. The brow has been elevated either surgically or with Botox.”
Is Ali Lohan the next Gisele?
Lindsay Lohan’s 17-year-old sister has signed a multi-year modeling contract with NEXT Model Management, Just Jared confirms.
“We are very excited to be representing Aliana Lohan,” NEXT Los Angeles Director Alexis Borges tells Just Jared. “She represents the future face of fashion and will be a photographer’s dream with her chameleon-like beauty.”
The aspiring cover girl has plenty of modeling experience, as she represented Lindsay’s 6126 fashion line in its Spring/Summer 2011 campaign.
NEXT Model Management has represented Miranda Kerr, Milla Jovovich, Jaime King, Joy Bryant, Molly Sims, Alexa Chung, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Ana Beatriz Barros and Anja Rubik.

On Monday, Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina and younger sister Ali visited the actress, 24, at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, Calif.
As they exited, a police officer escorted them to their SUV.
Neither mom nor daughter commented on their visit.
They also declined to say when the starlet will be released.
Though reports have surfaced that Lindsay could be out sometime this week, Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore said Monday: “Nothing has changed. When she was incarcerated, I said a couple of weeks and it hasn’t been a couple of weeks. That turns out to be the first part of next week. It could be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, something like that.”
Lindsay has been in jail since July 20 to serve a 90-day sentence that will be reduced due to overcrowding.
Over the weekend, her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley told UsMagazine.com that the actress has been adjusting well to the slammer and has even “made some friends.”
But E! Pretty Wild star Alexis Neiers — who was behind bars the same time as Lindsay (Alexis, 19, was released Friday) — painted a different picture in a recent E! News interview.
“She was crying,” Alexis said of Lindsay. “I could hear her.”
TMZ has learned the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department just showed up at Lindsay Lohan’s apartment accompanied by Michael Lohan to check on Lindsay’s sister’s welfare.
Sources tell TMZ Michael went to the Sheriff’s Department and said 16-year-old Ali Lohan was staying with Lindsay and he was concerned for her safety.
Lindsay just tweeted she is angry at building management for letting the cops and Michael in.
Michael, we’re told, convinced deputies to go to Lindsay’s pad to do a “welfare check” on Ali.
We’re told Ali was in the apartment and deputies spoke with her. Deputies left and Ali was allowed to stay with Lindsay.
We’re told Michael is now going to the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services, per the advice of the Sheriff’s Department.
Sources say Michael made a “compelling case” to Sheriff’s deputies — we’re told Michael told deputies Ali was in Lindsay’s car on the way back from Coachella and the car was going over 100 mph.
We’re told Dina Lohan wants Lindsay to get a restraining order. Problem is … Michael had the legitimacy of the Sheriff’s Dept. behind him, so it’s unlikely a judge will see it Dina’s way.
We just shot video of Michael leaving the Sheriff’s Department in West Hollywood.
Dina Lohan just told us, “I was told by my attorneys not to speak because it is very serious and my ex could be in big trouble. He’s dangerous…. If he can’t get to them he is going to try to hurt them — it’s not good.”
